Shipping, returns and guarantee
We have not yet read Mountain Crest Gardens's policy pages, so we do not state its shipping areas, speed or guarantee. Before you pay, check at checkout:
- Which states it ships to (some plants cannot go to California, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, among others).
- When your order will ship, and whether it holds orders during very hot or cold weather.
- What happens if a plant arrives damaged: how many days you have to report it, whether photos are needed, and whether you get a replacement or refund.
How to buy smart from Mountain Crest Gardens
Buying succulents online
- Succulents are often shipped bare-root or with little soil; pot them in fast-draining mix and wait a few days before watering.
- Move new arrivals into strong light gradually: plants that have been in a box can sunburn.
- Cold is the main shipping risk; avoid freezing weeks or ask about heat packs.
