About Plantshop.com

Plantshop.com helps people choose the right plant and buy it from a reliable shop. We are an independent publisher: no shop owns us or pays for placement.

Our mission

Buying plants online should not be a gamble. We explain which plants suit your light, pets and experience, what a healthy plant looks like, and which shops have the policies and track record to back up an order.

Editorial standards

• Sources first. Pet toxicity comes from the ASPCA plant list. Care ranges come from university extension services (NC State Extension Plant Toolbox, University of Minnesota Extension) and the RHS. Each page lists its sources.
• Verified shop facts. We only state a shop's shipping, guarantee or stock after reading it on the shop's own site, and we show the date we checked.
• No invented ratings, prices, tests or quotes. Customer feedback is summarized from public threads, with short quotes linked to the source.
• Commissions never decide picks. See our affiliate disclosure.
• Dates. Every guide shows when it was last updated.

Who writes Plantshop.com

Guides are written and checked by the Plantshop.com Editorial Team. When we add hands-on testing or expert reviewers, we will name them and say exactly what was done.
