We have not yet read Leaf & Clay's policy pages, so we do not state its shipping areas, speed or guarantee. Before you pay, check at checkout:

Which states it ships to (some plants cannot go to California, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, among others).
When your order will ship, and whether it holds orders during very hot or cold weather.
What happens if a plant arrives damaged: how many days you have to report it, whether photos are needed, and whether you get a replacement or refund.

Succulents are often shipped bare-root or with little soil; pot them in fast-draining mix and wait a few days before watering.
Move new arrivals into strong light gradually: plants that have been in a box can sunburn.
Cold is the main shipping risk; avoid freezing weeks or ask about heat packs.
