Shipping, returns and guarantee
We have not yet read UrbanStems's policy pages, so we do not state its shipping areas, speed or guarantee. Before you pay, check at checkout:
- Which states it ships to (some plants cannot go to California, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, among others).
- When your order will ship, and whether it holds orders during very hot or cold weather.
- What happens if a plant arrives damaged: how many days you have to report it, whether photos are needed, and whether you get a replacement or refund.
How to buy smart from UrbanStems
Sending a plant as a gift
- Check the delivery-date cutoff and whether the date is guaranteed or estimated.
- A potted plant lasts far longer than cut flowers; check whether the product is a plant or an arrangement.
- If the recipient has cats or dogs, check the plant first in our pet-safe checker.
- Choose an easy plant for someone new to plants and include the care basics.
