Shipping, returns and guarantee
We have not yet read Eastern Leaf's policy pages, so we do not state its shipping areas, speed or guarantee. Before you pay, check at checkout:
- Which states it ships to (some plants cannot go to California, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, among others).
- When your order will ship, and whether it holds orders during very hot or cold weather.
- What happens if a plant arrives damaged: how many days you have to report it, whether photos are needed, and whether you get a replacement or refund.
How to buy smart from Eastern Leaf
Buying bonsai online
- Know whether the species is indoor (for example ficus) or outdoor (for example juniper); outdoor species decline when kept inside.
- Judge age and trunk thickness from the listing photos rather than marketing words.
- Bonsai dry out quickly in small pots; water on arrival and check daily at first.
