Shipping, returns and guarantee
We have not yet read OrchidWeb's policy pages, so we do not state its shipping areas, speed or guarantee. Before you pay, check at checkout:
- Which states it ships to (some plants cannot go to California, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, among others).
- When your order will ship, and whether it holds orders during very hot or cold weather.
- What happens if a plant arrives damaged: how many days you have to report it, whether photos are needed, and whether you get a replacement or refund.
How to buy smart from OrchidWeb
Buying orchids online
- Check whether you are buying a blooming-size plant, a plant in spike or a seedling; seedlings can take years to flower.
- Orchids are sensitive to cold in transit; order in mild weather or choose heat packs if offered.
- Unpack immediately and do not repot an orchid in bloom.
