Shipping, returns and guarantee
We have not yet read Air Plant City's policy pages, so we do not state its shipping areas, speed or guarantee. Before you pay, check at checkout:
- Which states it ships to (some plants cannot go to California, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, among others).
- When your order will ship, and whether it holds orders during very hot or cold weather.
- What happens if a plant arrives damaged: how many days you have to report it, whether photos are needed, and whether you get a replacement or refund.
How to buy smart from Air Plant City
Buying air plants online
- Check the stated size; air plants range from tiny to very large.
- Soak or mist after arrival and let them dry fully, upside down, within a few hours.
- Avoid copper containers and wires, which can harm Tillandsia.
